The applicant should submit the grant application at least 6 weeks ahead of the project commencement date. A longer lead time is preferable.
No, the grant application must be submitted for a fresh project that has yet to be commenced.
It may be given upon the signing of the grant agreement, the conclusion of the project, or the fulfilment of specific terms as stipulated in the grant agreement.
Project proposal, budget report, programme plan, and other documents related to the project. In addition, audited financial statements of the immediate past two consecutive financial years will be required as well.
